We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made-to-order with the best materials and our special digitizing and embroidery technologies. Due to the careful customization of each piece, items are generally shipped within 7-10 business days (does not include shipping time). Customized items may only be returned if they differ in hat style, color, size or embroidery than originally ordered. If you happen to find a defect in your new star gear, you may return the unused item for a replacement or refund within 21 days of receipt. In some cases we will assess a small 15% restocking fee. The estimated production timeline for your customized, one-of-a kind Star Gear is approximately 7-10 business days. This timeline represents how long it takes Dean Blackoak to design and produce your order. This time is in addition to the time it takes to ship your order to you.
There are two ways that you can get your order faster. The first is to expedite the shipping method you choose (See table below) and the second is to expedite production time. A 25% expedited fee will apply. Contact Customer Service for expedited production.
All shipping costs listed are for a single customized hat. For each additional hat, the cost is only $2.00 per hat. So, get a his/hers set and save!

*Selecting Next Day and 2 day air will get your package dropped in the mail the day after the processing is complete. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 2nd or Next Day Air.
** At this time Dean Blackoak Star Gear can only ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
You will be notified by e-mail when your package ships. The shipping confrimation e-mail will include a tracking number. If you would like to check on the status of your order please visit our order status section and enter your transaction ID number.
You can edit your order as long it's status is listed as awaiting production (found on the order status page) by contacting Customer Service.
It is often too late to cancel an order because we start processing orders for in-stock items within 24 hours. Once an order has been processed and it's too late to cancel, you will need to return the item. To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service.
